MJSConsulting places great importance on protecting your personal data. This statement explains which data we collect, why we process it and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Name, address and contact details
• Company details and job title
• Correspondence and contact form messages
• Technical data, such as IP address and browser type

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Performing an agreement or engagement
• Answering questions and contact requests
• Meeting legal obligations
• Our legitimate interest in securing and improving our services

4. Retention periods

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by law.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only when necessary to provide our services or meet a legal obligation. We enter into data processing agreements with processors.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing, in line with ISO 27001 and NIS2.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
